For many pregnant women and new mothers, this can look like grief alongside joy, resentment mixed with love, anxiety that hums beneath the surface, or a quiet sense of disconnection you can’t easily name. These emotions are often silenced by expectation, leaving you feeling alone with thoughts you don’t feel safe to share.
Whether you’re navigating the profound identity shifts of pregnancy and early motherhood, recovering from narcissistic abuse or domestic violence, or moving through another major life transition, I want you to know that you are seen here. And I honour the courage it takes to reach out when everything in you feels tender or uncertain.
This practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins with being heard—especially when your inner world doesn’t match the story you think you’re meant to tell. I offer trauma-informed counselling and hypnotherapy that meets you gently, without judgement or pressure. My approach is collaborative and creative, drawing on strategic psychotherapy, ACT, narrative therapy, and metaphor-rich interventions to support emotional regulation, identity repair, and a renewed sense of personal agency during times of change.
