My mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed counselling that honours the complexity of grief, emotional distress, and identity repair. I offer a safe, inclusive space for women and men to explore their experiences, reconnect with their inner strength, and move toward healing—gently, authentically, and at their own pace. I honour grief in all its forms—loss, transition, diagnosis, identity disruption—as a natural and meaningful part of the human experience.
Through psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and creative psychoeducation, I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, perinatal transitions, and recovery from narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. Every session is grounded in empathy, emotional safety, and a deep respect for your story.
I believe healing begins when people are met—without judgment, pressure, or agenda—and invited to reclaim agency, reconnect with purpose, and reshape meaning in their lives.
