  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): A      values-driven approach that helps you accept what’s true, commit to action      that matters, and build a richer life.
  •  Narrative Therapy: We help you re-author your story by externalizing problems, surfacing counter-narratives, and co-creating empowering new chapters. 
  • Hypnotherapy: Gentle, guided techniques to access      inner resources, reduce anxiety, and support focus and change.
  • Grief-informed Practice: Honoring loss as a part of      your journey, while you navigate present challenges and future      possibilities.
